Chaka Khan is an American R&B and soul singer whose career spans more than five decades. She rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the funk band Rufus in the 1970s before launching a successful solo career. Her hit "I Feel for You" (1984) became one of her signature songs and won a Grammy Award.
