Kyle Gass is an American musician, comedian, and actor best known as one half of the comedy rock duo Tenacious D, which he formed with Jack Black. The duo blends hard rock and heavy metal with absurdist humor, and released their debut album "Tenacious D" in 2001. Gass is also an accomplished acoustic guitarist.
