Stand-Up Comedy Class

Comedyschools.com is the longest-running comedy workshop in the Valley, now in its twenty-fourth year. Past students have become regulars on Saturday Night Live and long-term cast members on TV shows including The Walking Dead, and alumni have appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Conan, HBO, and more.

Head Instructor Tony Vicich is a former touring stand-up comic who has appeared on Evening at the Improv, MTV ½ Hour Comedy Hour, The Showtime Comedy All Stars, and Comedy Central.

Workshops are open to everyone — not just aspiring comics — including CEOs, salespeople, and anyone looking for a fun, unique experience. Each round is five weeks long. Weekly classes are held Sundays at StandUpLive Phoenix from 11:30 AM to 4 PM, and each round concludes with a Class Clowns graduation show at the Tempe Improv. Every round begins with a free intro class.
