All guests must have a ticket; no exceptions. The venue is cashless — accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you don't have a card, reverse ATMs near the Ticket Office and the main Team Shop can convert cash into a preloaded Mastercard.

Mobile tickets are required for entry; all tickets are delivered electronically and will call is not available. Tickets can be accessed through the Ticketmaster app or the Suns-Mercury-Footprint Center app.

Ticket holders may ride the Valley Metro Light Rail at no cost for up to four (4) hours before the event through the end of the transit day.
