The Downtown Library is the flagship branch of the Chandler Public Library system, built in 1994 and situated in historic Downtown Chandler. The 64,000-sq-ft public library hosts programs for all ages, community events, and speaker series. It features The Makery — a DIY studio with a laser cutter, Cricut, and sewing machine — plus a Book Nook Café serving coffee and snacks.
