The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) is a world-renowned music museum in north Phoenix, opened in April 2010 and recognized as the largest of its type in the world. Its 200,000 sq ft building houses over 15,000 instruments from nearly 200 countries, displayed across five Geographic Galleries with wireless headsets and HD video. A 299-seat MIM Music Theater hosts live concerts spanning jazz, classical, world music, and more.
