This training explores how trust and self-regulation are central to creating positive, effective educational environments. Participants will learn practical strategies for strengthening relationships with children and colleagues, drawing on the BRAVING model and self-regulation principles. Through reflection and real-world examples, educators will develop skills to respond calmly and intentionally, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and support.

This Early Childhood Staff Training is offered to early childhood service providers to help meet Nevada's annual early childhood training requirements. Employees must complete a minimum of 24 hours of training annually to continue working in a licensed childcare home or center.
