Bingocize Ex-National Senior Fitness Day

Bingocize combines exercise, health education, and bingo to help seniors address health limitations. It is adaptable across facilities and ability levels, and research shows social, cognitive, and physical benefits for participants.

This event is open to Salvation Army-SilverCrest residents only — not the general public.
