The 2026 Western Region Flex Conference (June 3–5, 2026) brings together CAH administrators and staff, state Flex program staff, and rural health-care leaders from across the Western United States to share information and best practices. The conference also covers the latest state and national health policy developments and their impact on CAHs and other rural health-care providers.
The registration fee includes two breakfasts, one lunch, and a social reception. Early registration (on or before May 6, 2026) is $500; late registration (after May 6, 2026) is $600. The registration deadline is May 15, 2026.
Cancellations submitted in writing to the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, Office of Continuing Medical Education before May 15, 2026 receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations on or after May 15, 2026 are non-refundable.
