Sanford Center for Aging Diabetes Self-Management

The Sanford Center for Aging is offering a free workshop for people living with type 2 diabetes who want to learn tools to better manage their condition.

This is a multi-week program running every Wednesday from June 3 through July 15, 2026. The workshop is held virtually, so participants can join from anywhere. A Zoom link is provided upon registration.
