Everyday SEL and YOU

Everyday SEL and YOU is a seven-week family engagement program for families with children ages 3–5. It focuses on building Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) skills using the CASEL framework, alongside school readiness skills.
Each week, children and parents/caregivers take part in SEL activities, interactive book reading, and family-centered support designed to develop: understanding of one's own emotions and others' perspectives; a "can-do" mindset; problem-solving skills; and effective communication and mindfulness.
