EFNEP Curso Gratis de Nutrición de 8 Lecciones

EFNEP is offering a free 8-lesson nutrition course in Spanish for Nevada residents, covering healthy eating, food safety, and meal planning. Each session also includes 15 minutes of physical activity. Classes run every Wednesday and Thursday from June 10 through July 2, 2026, from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM via Zoom. Late registration deadline is June 12, 2026.

Upon registering, participants will receive three form links and login credentials for the ASA24 food record system from Rosario Lopez (lopezr@unr.edu). Completing all four forms is required to receive incentives and dietary reports.

Participants who attend at least six of the eight classes will receive a certificate of completion and a set of incentive items, including a cutting board, water bottle, shopping list, fruit and vegetable brush, meat temperature magnet, food and refrigerator thermometer, resistance band, measuring cups and spoons, and a cookbook.

Open to Nevada residents only.
