Wine Uncomplicated is a three-hour class on June 11 covering vineyard management, the harvest process, and how grapes become wine.
Topics include decoding wine labels, understanding terroir, and exploring the regions and styles behind well-known wines. Participants will also learn how to evaluate wine by sight, smell, and taste.
