Resonance Retreat, hosted by the Nevada Center for Musician Health and Wellness (NCMHW), is a two-day retreat for students and musicians of all levels, held July 10–11. It focuses on strengthening artistic practice through evidence-based wellness strategies.
The retreat features twelve presentations and workshops led by Reno-area professionals in fields including mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, music therapy, psychology, and counseling. Sessions cover research-informed approaches to artistic resilience, creative longevity, and developing a grounded relationship with musical identity.
