Cooking Matters Lesson 1

Cooking Matters is a program that provides recipes, tips, and community resources to help individuals and families eat well on a budget. It also supports individuals and caregivers in building skills for shopping and cooking healthy foods affordably. Topics in this lesson include how to freeze herbs, involve all family members in cooking, and find local partner resources.
