Bret Ernst is a stand-up comedian with over 25 years in the business, widely regarded by peers as a "comic's comic" known for honest, edgy storytelling. He is perhaps best recognized for playing "Cousin Louie LaRusso" on the hit Netflix series Cobra Kai, and first gained national attention through Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show — a theatrically released documentary in which he performed alongside Vince Vaughn, Sebastian Maniscalco, Ahmed Ahmed, and John Caparulo. His debut standup album, American Comic, reached the iTunes top ten album chart. Ernst has performed standup on CBS, Showtime, and multiple Comedy Central programs including Premium Blend, This Is Not Happening, and Comedy Central Presents, where his episode was voted #5 in the network's Standup Showdown. His acting credits include Artie Lange's Beer League, "Captain Sal Palantonio" on truTV's Tacoma FD, two seasons of Weeds, and CSI: NY. He also hosted Wrestling Society X on MTV and the Oxygen series Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too. Ernst performs regularly as a resident headliner at Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club at The LINQ Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip. The venue seats 300 guests and features late-night comedy shows, surprise guests, and concession-style cuisine. Attendees must be 18 or older; bags are subject to search upon entry, and reserved seats may be reassigned if guests arrive more than 15 minutes after showtime.
