Matt Donnelly The Mind Noodler At The Magician's Room

The Magicians Room, Las Vegas

Matt Donnelly: The Mind Noodler is a family-friendly comedy magic show performed at The Magicians Room at the LINQ Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip, with shows at 4:30 PM. Named "Las Vegas's Best Up-and-Coming Comedy Magician" by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Matt Donnelly blends sharp improvisational comedy with mind-bending magic and personal storytelling. His path into magic began when Penn Jillette challenged him to learn one trick while he was working as head writer on Penn & Teller: Fool Us — he ended up learning from seven different magicians and built his first show from those seven tricks. He spent years touring as the opening act for Piff the Magic Dragon before headlining his own show. He has performed at prestigious venues including LA's Magic Castle, the Chicago Magic Lounge, and Nashville's House of Cards, and has headlined the Second Bell Comedy Festival in Tennessee. Before magic, Donnelly was a fixture in the Las Vegas comedy scene: he shared the stage with Wayne Brady in the improv show Making It Up at The Venetian, played Christian Grey in 50 Shades: The Parody at Bally's, and hosted Executive Monkeys at The Palms. Offstage, he co-hosts Penn Jillette's award-winning podcast Penn's Sunday School and the magic podcast Abracababble, and has completed nine seasons as head writer of Fool Us on The CW. The show features heavy audience interaction, improv, and storytelling woven throughout the magic.
