About the venue

Frandsen Humanities (FH) is a historic academic building on the University of Nevada, Reno campus, built in 1917–18 and renovated in 2000. It houses the Department of English and overlooks Manzanita Lake. The building hosts academic lectures, humanities talks, and university events, and is named after beloved UNR biology professor Peter "Bugs" Frandsen.
