Carlos Mencia is a stand-up comedian currently on his LIBERATED comedy tour, performing his newest material for smaller audiences. He holds a twice-weekly residency at Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club in Las Vegas as part of the "Stars of Comedy" series, and his stand-up special "Here I Am" is streaming now. He also reprises his role as Felix Boulevardez in Disney+'s "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder," the revival of the animated series "The Proud Family," which is heading into its second season.
Mencia's career credits include the Comedy Central series "Mind of Mencia" (co-created with producer Robert Morton), an HBO stand-up special that earned a 2002 CableACE Award nomination, and the Comedy Central special "Carlos Mencia: No Strings Attached" — the first Comedy Central stand-up special DVD to reach Platinum sales status. He has also appeared on "In Living Color," "The Arsenio Hall Show," and "An Evening at the Improv," and on film opposite Ben Stiller and Michelle Monaghan in "The Heartbreak Kid" and alongside America Ferrera and Forest Whitaker in "Our Family Wedding."
