AHA BLS Provider (CPR)

NUR 1.106, Austin

The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification is an instructor-led course covering single- and multi-rescuer BLS skills for adults, children, and infants, AED/BMV use, and choking relief in adults and infants — applicable in both pre-hospital and in-facility settings. The entire course is classroom-based, with students learning alongside an AHA instructor throughout. Upon successful completion, participants receive a course completion eCard valid for two years.

Multiple sessions are available in May 2026, all running 8:30 AM–12:30 PM at NUR 1.106, UT Austin School of Nursing:

Registration fees vary by affiliation: $10 for UT Nursing Faculty & Staff; $40 for UT Students and UT Non-Nursing Faculty & Staff; $60 for non-UT participants. Parking is available in Trinity Garage (TRG) for a fee; parking cannot be validated.
