AHA BLS Provider (CPR) Renewal

The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification Renewal course is for healthcare professionals and students who need to maintain their certification and demonstrate continued competency in high-quality CPR and basic cardiovascular life support. Participants must hold a current, valid AHA BLS Provider Certification to enroll — expired certifications are not accepted. Those with an expired certification, or seeking initial certification, should register for the AHA BLS Provider (CPR) Certification Course instead.
All sessions are held at the UT Austin School of Nursing. Available dates and locations are:
- Tuesday, May 5, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM | NUR 1.106
- Thursday, May 14, 2026 | 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM | NUR 3.170
- Thursday, May 21, 2026 | 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM | NUR 1.106
- Thursday, May 28, 2026 | 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM | NUR 1.106
Course fees vary by affiliation: $10 for Nursing Faculty & Staff; $35 for UT Students and UT Non-Nursing Faculty & Staff; $55 for Non-UT Participants. Parking is available in Trinity Garage (TRG) for a fee; parking cannot be validated.
