NPA SmartSkills: Connecting to Career Opportunities Through Strategic Networking

This NPA workshop focuses on using career conversations as a strategy for connecting to opportunities and advancing in the application process, particularly in competitive job markets. Participants will learn how to find and identify individuals to connect with intentionally, with an emphasis on accessing the hidden job market — the portion of jobs that are never posted publicly, or are only posted after a candidate has already been identified.
