Aerospace Engineering "Mini" Summer Camp (Ages 14-17)

This two-day Aerospace Engineering Mini-Camp at the University of Nevada, Reno is open to high school students ages 14–17. Sessions run Monday–Tuesday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., on the UNR campus (HREL109/110), and are led by UNR Aerospace Engineering faculty and College of Engineering students.
Campers will work through hands-on activities covering aerodynamics, propulsion, structural design, and emerging aerospace technologies — building, testing, and refining their own aerospace projects along the way. Topics span aircraft, rockets, satellites, and broader engineering innovation.
The camp fee is $215. Credit card payment is accepted and carries a 6% surcharge.
